In conjunction with our EDGE Coaching Workshop, we are excited to be hosting a FREE Athlete and Parent Workshop with Changing the Game Project   Founder, John O'Sullivan,  on Saturday February 7, 2026!  John O’Sullivan is the Founder of the Changing the Game Project, host of one of the top rated sports coaching podcasts in the world, The Way of Champions Podcast, author of 2 international bestsellers, and his TED talk "Changing the Game in Youth Sports" has been viewed over 500,000 times. John has nearly 3 decades of playing and coaching experience in youth, high school, college and professional soccer, and consults with organizations such as US Soccer, USOPC, Ireland Rugby, Aussie Rules Football and other sports organizations across North America, Australia, Asia and Europe. 

During this FREE Athlete and Parent Workshop, John will be discussing:

• Both athletes and parents and understanding their roles and responsibilities in the development journey
• What the process looks like and navigating through it
• The importance of patience, persistence and joy
• Collaborative conversation, questions, and discussions
