John has nearly 3 decades of playing and coaching experience in youth, high school, college and professional soccer, and consults with organizations such as US Soccer, USOPC, Ireland Rugby, Aussie Rules Football and other sports organizations across North America, Australia, Asia and Europe. 

During this FREE Athlete and Parent Workshop, John will be discussing:

• Both athletes and parents and understanding their roles and responsibilities in the development journey
• What the process looks like and navigating through it
• The importance of patience, persistence and joy
• Collaborative conversation, questions, and discussions
