About Colorado EDGE Competitive Soccer
Colorado EDGE is an affiliate of the United States Soccer Federation through USYSA, Colorado Soccer Association, and US Club Soccer. Competitive soccer is available for players starting in the 11 and Under age group.
- 11U – 14U: The programs for these age groups are a full-year commitment. During the year-long season, they will play league games that are split between Fall (August – November) and Spring (February – May). 13U - 14U ECNL and Select ECNL RL Boys teams will play in the ECNL and ECNL RL Regional League Mountain Conferences. In addition to league games, tournaments, both in-state and out-of-state will be attended to maximize each team's playing potential. During the “off-season” players participate in other team activities such as Futsal soccer, tournaments, and club camps/clinics.
- 15U – 19U: Players in this age group are registered through the same process as the 11U -14U age group. ECNL and Select ECNL RL Boys teams will play in the ECNL and ECNL Regional League Mountain Conferences. United-Bulldog teams play league games during the Spring (March – May) season in the CSA leagues. In addition to league games, tournaments, both in-state and out-of-state, will be attended to maximize each team's playing potential.
- For 15U players, 8th graders will play both Fall and Spring seasons. Freshman in high school have the option to play for their high school team and/or for their club team during the season in which high school soccer and club soccer play at the same time. Teams may be adjusted accordingly during this season to accommodate for lower roster sizes.
The club provides a free College Advisory Program for any student-athlete interested in continuing their playing in college.
- College, Adult Teams: Players continue their soccer playing after high school at colleges and local adult teams. Colorado EDGE offers several training and game-playing opportunities throughout the year, including the summer months for those players looking to play.

ECNL & ECNL Regional League

Colorado EDGE Boys Promoted to ECNL!
We are thrilled to announce that Colorado EDGE has officially been promoted to the ECNL Boys (Elite Clubs National League). Beginning in the 2025-2026 season, our boys' program will proudly compete in the ECNL Mountain Conference. This incredible achievement is a direct result of the dedication, talent, and hard work displayed by our players, coaches, and club leadership over the years. From standout performances to a strong club culture and commitment to excellence, EDGE continues to rise.
But that’s not all, we are excited to confirm that we will also retain our place in the ECNL Regional League (ECNL RL). This dual pathway offers even more development and competition opportunities for our players across our Select ECNL and United ECNL RL teams.
"The promotion of Colorado EDGE into ECNL Boys is another example of club performance driving soccer decisions for our league," said ECNL Boys Commissioner, Jason Kutney. "Over the course of two seasons, the EDGE teams have continued to thrive in the ECNL Regional League and have earned the opportunity to compete against the nation's best youth soccer clubs."
