Fall Soccer League 2023

Fall Soccer 2023 Season Info

Registration deadline August 11th.
Practice begins the week of August 28th. Practice days and times are determined by the volunteer coach.
First games begin Saturday, September 9th.
The season will conclude on Saturday, October 28th.

All games and practices are played at Stenger Soccer Complex.

About Colorado EDGE Recreational Soccer

Colorado EDGE Soccer Club offers Recreational soccer leagues for all players ages 4 to 19. Our focus is on teaching the technical and tactical aspect of soccer in a fun and creative training environment.

EDGE uses the small sided game (3v3 for 4U-6U & 5v5 for 7U-8U) approach to teach the game of soccer for our younger age groups. Less players on the field mean more touches on the ball. More touches on the ball lead to individual player development. Starting at 9U we offer different pathways to meet players needs. The 2 levels offered are an “in-house” recreational league played in Arvada and the surrounding communities or the Colorado Soccer Association (CSA) state league played primarily in the Denver metro area.

Philosophy

Colorado EDGE Soccer Club is dedicated to providing a FUN, but challenging soccer environment for the children in our program. The emphasis is placed on FUN and player development, through age-appropriate training. Each child is challenged at a level which is appropriate for their stage of development. Colorado EDGE prides itself in offering the most enjoyable and rewarding soccer experience for our players, coaches, referees, and families in the Arvada and surrounding communities.

Colorado Soccer Association Age Groups

Colorado Soccer Association defines age groups based on the following general rules:

Age groups are determined by the year a player was born. Click here for the Age group Chart

Age group “labels” are the age of a player followed by AND UNDER. For example 8 and Under or 8U

Seasonal Year runs from August 1st to July 31st of the next year.

How much does it cost to play?

Recreational Registration Fees*:

4 and Under (2020): $80 for the season
5 and Under- 6 and Under (2018, 2019): $95 for the season
7 and Under (2017): $110 for the season
8 and Under (2016): $120 for the season

*Registration fees do not include the cost of a uniform. 4U-8U players wear the same uniform regardless of team. Uniforms can be purchased through our approved uniform supplier, Macron Click Here to access our Uniform Page
