Spring 2023 Important Dates and Events:

• Registration deadline February 25th.
• Practice begins the week of March 20th. Practice days and times are determined by the volunteer coach.
• First games begin Saturday, April 1st. 
• The season will conclude on Saturday, May 20th.

Locations:

• All games and practices are played at Stenger Soccer Complex.

7U Boys and Girls Teams in this age group play 5 versus 5 (4 field players and a goalkeeper, which is one of the beginning phases of our small sided developmental soccer program. We have designed this program to allow the players to get several touches on the ball in a fun and exciting environment. Both the field and goals are smaller to allow the players to have success. We do not keep track of scores in this age group, which keeps the emphasis on the fun and learning of the game.  Practices take place 1 day per week at Stenger Soccer Complex and all games are held on Saturdays at Stenger Soccer Complex.  Volunteer coaches are assigned to each team

• AGE Group Objectives: Introduction to the game, team, and ball mastery.

• Roster Size: 9-10 Players.

• Goal Keepers: Goalkeepers are introduced!

• Size of Ball: Size 3.

• Cleats Permitted: Cleats are optional.

• Practice: 1 day per week

• Length of Game: 2 x 20 Minute Halves.

Uniforms:

Home team wears Blue Jerseys, Black Shorts, & Blue Socks.

Visiting team wears White Jersey, Black Shorts, & White Socks.

All coaches will ensure each player receives 50% playing time in each game, providing the player meets the team’s practice requirements.
