In the event the tournament is cancelled prior to tournament start due to Covid-19 or complete weather cancellation, a Full Refund will be issued.  (Online Credit card processing fee is non-refundable)

Refund Policy Due to Weather Cancellations:
These are the amounts that will be refunded should the following scenarios occur.  If a match has been started then it is considered played for refund purposes ONLY.  Online Credit card processing fee is non-refundable, and will not be considered in any of the below scenarios.

No Games Played:
Team will be refunded 100% of team’s tournament registration fee

1 Game Played:
Team will be refunded 65% of team’s tournament registration fee

2 Games Played:
Team will be refunded 15% of team’s tournament registration fee

3 or more Games Played:
No refund given
