Online Check In ONLY – no in person check in will be allowed
The Denver Winter Invitational will be using the TGS online check-in.

- Tournament Policy and Rules Acknowledgement Form must be completed and electronically signed. No Signed Form – NO PLAY! Online Form can be found in “Rules and Forms” section of this website
Our Tournament Staff will verify and approve the tournament roster which will need to be printed and present at all games. Player passes and medical release forms do not need to be scanned and emailed, but need to be available at least 15 minutes before each game for the referees and/or tournament officials to verify against the official tournament roster at the fields. Digital format is acceptable for the medical release forms. Laminated player passes should be available at each game to check-in with the referee and do not need to be uploaded into TGS.
Reminder – a player can only play for 1 team during the tournament weekend. NO EXCEPTIONS.

What you will need to bring to all games
- Copy of your stamped TOURNAMENT roster
- Valid 2022/2023 laminated player cards for ALL players playing in tournament
- Medical release form for every player participating in the tournament. You can use the medical forms your team used in Fall 2022 if applicable. Digital format is acceptable but must be readily available to view.
